From the moment I contacted Jarvis Restoration (on the recommendation by Chick’s Plumbing) after our plumbing problem, I was told that I didn’t have to worry that Jarvis would take care of everything!! Steve immediately set a tone of “can do” and “will do” which proved out every step of the way. I especially appreciated the fact that I did not have to “hassle” with the insurance company.
From providing the emergency drying out service through to the replacement of the carpets, your workers were always polite, on-time, hard working, and very competent. Randy’s crew with Victor as lead absolutely did the best job of plastering and painting that I have ever seen. We feel that we’re almost living in a brand new house. Finding the “trace” of asbestos was stressful under the circumstance of my husband’s heart surgery and once again, Skip made that part go as smoothly as it possibly could. Thank you for making a very trying situation as pain free as possible.

Dear Cory:

 

I saw the invoice left for me for the baseboards and the electrical. I am thrilled with the work your crew did on my baseboards and will leave a check on the counter. I know your electrician is busy-however the plugs he put in the bathrooms don’t work-I showed Mike and he too was surprised we couldn’t plug anything into the sockets. Also there are still plugs that haven’t been changed out. I called the electrician and left messages about this but haven’t heard back. So since the job is complete I will write a check for half of the bill and will be happy to provide the other half when the job has been completed.

 

I think you all have done a great job at my house and know you have gone out on a limb to do this much. I am grateful for all you have done.
